Changes have been made to our Passport procedures.
Applications will be taken by appointment only on
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am-11:30am and 1:00pm-4:30pm.
Walk-ins will not be accepted as we may not have available staff to help you.

At this time you will need to go out of town for Passport photos.
What you need to bring with you:
Passport Application, filled out
Proof of U.S. Citizenship
U. S. Birth Certificate, prior Passport, or Naturalization papers
Official ID
Current Driver’s License or ID card
Passport approved Photo
If the name on your birth certificate does not match the name on your application and/or ID you will need proof for the difference
Marriage license; Official Court name change documents; Official Adoption papers
Children under 16 must have BOTH parents come in with the child
Do NOT sign the form before coming in as you will have to fill out a new
form if you have done so.
